Truth is, I’m not fit right now. This is just the start of my journey. I really love reading fitness, weight loss, and health blogs so I thought it might be fun to try one of my own. My trainer encouraged me to start one to share my journey with others.
I’m a twenty something mom to two precious boys, ages 2 and 4. My full time job is teaching, I’m a Pre-K teacher, and I also have a photography business on the side. I’m really busy, like super busy. I love everything about my life except for the way I look. I know the only way to change this is by changing my eating habits and my fitness. It’s not going to easy and it’s not going to happen overnight but it’s going to be worth it.
